Primitive Pursuits and a non-profit organization dedicated to the outdoor education of both children and adults.​

As a volunteer with Primitive Pursuits, I assisted program educators with their lesson plans and activities for after school programs located in local elementary schools. I was inspired by how quickly these children picked up information about their natural world, and I could visibly see the benefit of them connecting with the outside world.  



I also helped out with office work and organizing promotional materials for the organization. I was thrilled to be able to help such a worthwhile cause.
